Skiriki asked for this. I've been putting it off because it's very involved, but it is a good workflow to know if you're doing Poser/DAZ props and outfits on a budget. Blender is free and, while it has notable shortcomings in terms of painting across contiguous nonidentical UVs (which is why it doesn't compete with Zbrush and 3dCoat in those areas), it is great for base meshing and many kinds of sculpting.
